For the past eight years, KC Magazine has asked readers to nominate and celebrate the people, local businesses and events they appreciate most in this great city. Once again, we ask for your nominations in over 30 categories representing the best in all that Kansas City has to offer.

Round 1

Open nominations for people, local businesses, and events in the Greater Kansas City Metro.

• Begins: Monday May 13, 2013
• End: Friday May 24, 2013

Round 2

Once the top five in each category have been designated based on the initial round of nominations and voting, round two of voting will commence this summer to determine the City's Best in each category.

• End: Friday June 21, 2013
